More change




Hopefully we will see the 2 New guys in charge make some additional changes immediately and do what George failed to do, which is CLEAN HOUSE on the wound side of the business... Top down. Also a reset to what the territories looked like before this insane reorg . This reorg is slowing things down. It was one of the WORST business decisions in history. Not just in the history of Convatec, but in the history of corporate america.

There has to be a full change of leadership. All of the remaining clingers like Mary , Chuck , Rick M all need to go. They have come in and created an extremely hostile environment and no one is happy. Convatec was not this way before. Things will not improve until they are all gone and replaced with people that actually understand what work life balance is. Add Margaret O’Brien to this list. What a complete waste of space and salary $$$.
 


Mary and Rick need to stay as they truly understand the business and we are looking for for a strong finish in late Q3-4, not sure what Chuck brings to the table though. This will be the place to be again just give it some time!

Hahaahahaha! Now that is hilarious! I have been here a while now. Seen many leadership teams and this group by far is number one on the list of not getting it. They do not understand the business at all. The useless garbage they have the sales reps doing is not helping anyone.

Based on their actions they do not understand our business. Everyone is miserable and until these useless Covidian reject are gone nothing will change. We need leaders that actually know what they are doing and treat their employees with respect. The ego’s on these two get in the way of them actually making a difference. They need LISTEN more. Everyone is too afraid to speak the truth because that is the environment these two have created.

Rick is a sad joke and couldn't hold a candle too Reggie H . The company screwed one of the BEST people when they lost Reggie in favor of this moron Rick. Rick is a plague on the company and should be dismissed immediately. Mary has done nothing at all so its hard to evaluate her. Neither have a clue about wound care and this is a the truth. Rick Anderson needs to rid the company of both of these.

I have to agree with this statement. This company sold their souls to the devil. It is a miserable environment because of people like Rick M. All of the valuable, tenured employees that helped to make this company what it is were shown the door without a single care from HR or Convatec. Multiple award winners grew so sick of this abusive environment they left rather than wait a few years for their retirement package. Big mistake. Culture is the #1 problem here and these nazi rulers are too stupid to see that. More Quick Base. More useless war room. Get a clue and hear what is being said.

Not angry at all. I am actually flabbergasted that this charade with these imbeciles that have not changed a damn thing continues. Convatec wonders why things are not improving. The sheer stupidity of is all is exhausting. Find better people to lead this organization. End of.
