Interviewing with this company. Can anyone provide insight on benefits, comp plan and training?

Real talk.....the comp plan is pretty solid, if you have dental exp....ask for more. Benefits are solid....company car...health, matching 401k.....etc. Training is rather weak....you have to learn on your own. MGR, depends on you get.
