Fraud and Abuse

This company should be investigated for fraud and abuse.
They are trying to push Know Error kits (DNA testing) on all prostate biopsies at Plus Dx.
patients are receiving bills for 5K to 10K.
What a joke!

They would not DARE apply for NY Licensure. The State inspectors would see right through this fraud. It would end up on the desk of the Inspector General in the State Attorneys office.

Then it would get to CMS etc.

No way will they try for NY!!
