What is the deal with your company?

My friend has 20 years of experience, and an MBA from a top school, and he couldn't land an interview with you mental midgets.

I am selling all my stock first thing in the morning. I can't support a company with no accountability.
 


LOL! This company wants nothing to do with somebody with those qualifications or salary requirements. 20 years experience in this industry will be like tits on a bull soon throughout this industry unfortunately. We need UPS drivers and young smiling faces willing to work for benefits and a compact green friendly vehicle.

PS: All the reps are doing now is staying home and working out and hoping our mgt does not ever find out, so you are not missing much. We keep reporting calls by text, phone, and video but the doctors seem to have other things to focus on right now.

Tell your friend to be like most of the managers here. Just lie on the resume and claim that u r a 7 time presidents club winner like the dickhead In The north east leadership role. They never caught him.

He never fails to mention all of his supposed president's club wins to his reps or doctors while out in the field either. What he does fail to mention is how many reps have reported him to HR for extremely inappropriate behavior. Still dumbfounded how he is still employed.

He never fails to mention how many times he supposedly won president's club to his reps or doctors out in the field, however he always fails to mention how many reps have reported him to HR for wildly inappropriate behavior. How is this guy still employed?!

BDSI is the only company that has managers traveling with reps. The spineless managers are not pushing back on the reckless direction by mgmt. It pisses off the offices too. They don’t need any extra body taking up space in an area already too small to socially distance.
 
















Does anyone gt that we can’t use iPads with people whoa done want to talk to us to start with. Why do they tell us we need to use néw iPad presentations with doctoros

That's a good point. You'd think 20 years and an MBA would garner some knowledge, research abilities, and some contacts in the industry to tell you that no one in the leadership wants someone smarter than them in this fucked up place, so they aren't going to even give you a shot. Also, if someone had 20 years, and came here to bitch, but didn't come here to read even just the anonymous rants, we also don't need anyone with a negative number in the common sense department. I hope your friend at least read Glassdoor. Run the other way, and count your blessings. The illegal, questionable, unethical, two-faced shit that goes on here is not place for a 20 year vet. Just sayin.
