That's a good point. You'd think 20 years and an MBA would garner some knowledge, research abilities, and some contacts in the industry to tell you that no one in the leadership wants someone smarter than them in this fucked up place, so they aren't going to even give you a shot. Also, if someone had 20 years, and came here to bitch, but didn't come here to read even just the anonymous rants, we also don't need anyone with a negative number in the common sense department. I hope your friend at least read Glassdoor. Run the other way, and count your blessings. The illegal, questionable, unethical, two-faced shit that goes on here is not place for a 20 year vet.
