Your delusions that Amgen will treat this acquisition any differently than the previous ones is ludicrous. We’re not resetting rep pay and it’s more likely that we’ll expand the sales force at our current pay bands because we know that we can take any communications graduate and easily plug them into your roles without skipping a beat.

They increased the base pay and made all the chemocentryx sales "KAMs"...if you think horizon will be anything less you are delusional. And how many reps from your poorly paid cardio or oncology divisions have been allowed to post for the few open jobs from chemocentryx?

KAMs and reps are two different jobs, moron, and Amgen already had KAMs. KAMS have always been on different bands which are similar to the DMs. Nothing new was done. The reps pay will not get better. We’re frugal. We would rather have layoffs. Who cares how many reps in those divisions have applied for the openings? If you have seen one rep, you have seen them all. You all are no different. FACT...every REP formerly at chemocentryx is an Amgen KAM. So they are reps that are paid differently than YOU. And in Oct when we get moved over to Amgen I'll be making 206k base which is outside Amgens rep range.

They are KAMs and not reps, dumbass. You just stated it. We had nephrology reps also go to KAMs. Again, the pay scale for reps will not change. This is why we don’t allow KAMs to think on their own either. You’re just morons with fancier Olive Garden orders.

Facts- they were reps. And would have been "reps" except that they all made more money than amgen "reps" thus the job stayed the same and they moved them to "KAMs"
