Onboarding and Training

I’ve been a bit overwhelmed with the amount of training, the timelines to complete, and the general expectations about rapidly acquiring expertise in lipid management/cardio therapy. I wonder if this is manager specific? I knew it would be challenging but this is borderline crazy, just interested in hearing if others are feeling the same.

You've no idea what your getting yourself into. It's a shitshow at the highest level. It's all micromanagement from Ann Arbor down to local level.

I’m not sure exactly what you mean about a shit show, but I will say that there is a lot of scrutiny and very high expectations around the training and preparation. I’m looking forward to unplugging next week.

This is a pathetic attempt toake Esperikn look like a big time outfit. Esperion is a third rate company that can't walk and fart at the same time. The training is a joke. Your better off working in a carwash.

Training has been good, pretty intense. I will say getting a half day off tomorrow and another one on Tuesday helps bridge into the new year, I’m anxious and hopeful that I can get through this training but I’m also excited to hit the field. Busy times for sure.

What a buffoon. Welcome to Shitsville pal! The training is a joke and if your already struggling than wait until your customers start laughing at you.

Oh my gosh yes, there is a lot of 411 to jam into our heads. I know cardiology well and the lipids, well it’s not too complicated, but they sure do have high expectations. Kinda reminds me of the Lipitor launch. Can’t wait to hit the field and kick some arse.

What launch are you talking about? This drug was launched 3 years ago and it was a dud. It stumbled constantly and there was a massive layoff. I bet 1 million dollars the Scientific Process is involved with these ridiculous statements. Looks like Anthony is staying busy.

Funny how these terms of onboarding and training are used. Esperion has no clue on how to do either. Look at the misfits and pharma castoffs are employed in management and in the field.

Dude, you don’t know what you’re talking about. The process has been pretty seamless, and I must say the training has been quite extensive. I’ve got a lipid background, and I’m telling you we are prepared.

Lol

" We are prepared " Good Golly.

Then why did the first bunch of Scientific Hired, Highly Tenured and Lipid Trained Experts miserably fail ?
