Every time there is a layoff, there are always that small handful of clueless people who know nothing and are surprised when they are cut. Congratulations to you and your ABL for being "those people"! Leadership actually has done a decent job of dropping hints since last summer. Kudos to them. Many of us are prepared for what is coming. Why don't you and your ABL hit the field together and get those APEX invitations distributed in your territory? :D:D:D

I was Gilenya rep who worked my ass off to launch the drug. Then we were forced to the Aimovig team. Very little opportunity to stay in MS. They we all got canned after 1.5 years. Now look at the Kesimpta and Mayzent reps 1.5- 2.0 years then boom canned. This industry pays good but you will be looking for a new job every 2 years.

2 months of The Warn Act. Then 2 weeks for every year with a minimum. I don't remember the number. Plus your bonus and a pro rated stock grant from Aimovig. I was here 18 years so it was a good deal for me. Found a job right away and banked over 100k

The whole layoff situation in the MS division is crazy. We should have never added so many K reps to begin with. So here we are. So sad !!!

Right? There are certain places on the east coast where we begged not to have additional reps in the area because access was already so bad. What was the answer? Double the amount of reps!!! I just don't understand why common sense doesn't prevail most of the time around here.
 




Just heard the bad news for you guys. I left this past fall and the job market was surprisingly strong. If you have good numbers and prepare well for your job interviews it should be a smooth transition.
