True enough. The experience to drive Dermik into the ground, lead Graceway into bankruptcy, and oversee the compliance and sexual harassment debacles at Medicis that resulted in a number of terminations. Now that's the leadership you need. NOT!

ALways nice to hear from an idiot who's so misinformed. Keep thinking you know the score, Ace. The amount of truth in your post can be measured with an eye dropper. If you're here, look for another company where you believe in mgmt. If you're not here, stay away.
 
You have been warned, if you have any morals stay away from here. Hired many if the Medicis psychos! These companies should hire successful honest people instead of rejects.
 
Look who has been brought in at leadership positions, scary. Unethical group who do not care about anyone except themselves. Don't be fooled by them. History shows that they will drive this company into the ground. I am hoping I can find a new job soon so I can get away from this place.
 
Anybody that thinks that the company cares about us is naïve. They have one goal in mind and that is to get the company to the point where it can be sold. Our investors don't want to be in this business forever! And when the company does get sold where will that leave us? Maybe the new company will keep us, maybe not. One thing is for sure is that the senior management team will walk away with their cash and that's all they care about.

Dermik and Medicis can thank Havens and Moccia for their most successful years. When they were not longer part of those organizations is when those companies took a dive.
