Lots of revenue to whoever is hosting this thing. I bet it will take 1000 paying customers before it even shows any profit month-to-month, and will probably never make back the development costs. You would think a company like Patterson would have just bought a cloud software company to build it instead of trying to do it internally. Rumor has it they went through two development teams and fired them before it even got off the ground...

Define off the ground? Right now it seems like we’re running a body through a chipper and calling it organic mulch.
 
















Has anyone had any installs of fuse with 3 or more practices using a centralized reporting structure?

Has anyone had know of a failed isntall where they.went back to their old system or sentence ascend?
 














Typical Patterson BS. Keep customers from seeing our weak ass tech game when it clearly doesn't work. But 18 months after SAP rollout, we're still managing our day to day activities with workarounds and multiple systems just to conduct routine business. >50% of ES's still use Emagine for quoting and SAP only for ordering. How efficient.

I’ve been telling at least 3 small groups to hang off on ascend as “we’ll have something out very soon.”
