So...what exactly happened here? I'm guessing not everyone got this email, but how impacted was everyone and how widespread is this issue? It's really concerning especially when you start talking about club and leadership rankings, not to mention the money. I want to believe this was just an honest mistake of some kind, but the truth is that it feels really suspicious. Not sure how to feel about this mess but it definitely doesn't feel good.
 


Abbvie has not been transparent regarding the salary issue. Currently if an allergen owrson moves to another role which is a higher position , they cannot get an increase. If someone comes from the outside they are getting laid more. So, If it is a legal situation then why not be transparent and let Allergan reps now.
 






ok I am a rep in eyecare. i have had heard some rumbling within my district that rankings for 2021 are gonna change. did we or did we not already have an awards ceremony? was this a farce? WHERE is the communication on this??????? my mind is going towards a lawsuit. did allergan try to cheat reps out of money? who is responsible here? i have not heard a word from upper management. this is all so WRONG on so many levels. there needs to be an investigation.

This is sickening. What kind of business is Abbvie running here? How do certain reps sales numbers get “messed up”? How many years has this happened? How can we believe anything the company says at this point.


So is it reps that they don’t like, they screw with their numbers? What legitimate business reason ccould there be for only certain folks numbers to be compromised and not the whole sales force?


Some heads better role over this. I’m thinking a class action law suit may be in the works…

Allergan/Abbvie is saying the final 2021 numbers were incorrect. Someone in management thought the numbers did not seem right and got the final numbers from sales ops. Those numbers were way off from what they said the final numbers/rankings were. People moved like 20 spots in either direction. They admitted they made a mistake but shadily only sent this to those people “impacted”.

My question is, how are only certain people impacted? If the numbers are wrong then all final numbers/rankings would be off. Why only certain people?
 




Are they going to give us the updated ranks or not??? Is everyone in the country going to be able to see what happened or are they going to try to keep this hush hush and act like nothing happened? If this really was a "mistake" by the "third party" why does everything seem so secretive? It makes this look even worse than it already does.
 


















Allergan will never be great again now that Abbvie has taken over. Upper management has always been pretty transparent as far as “We don’t give a sh*t about you and your families…more calls…more scripts…push the doctors…tell them what they are doing wrong and show them the Allergan way! Motto: God, Allergan, Family”.

They’ve always been micromanagement slave drivers but I didn’t know they would fix the freaking numbers. I am in awe. Truly.

Doctors are tired of pushy Allergan reps and now we can’t even trust the company we are working for.

I want to know who fixed these numbers…let’s guess…
