I think this is a pretty good way to approach things at this point. The POA will be productive I think it will really help consolidate our direction and give an opportunity to share best practices and reestablish our goals. We’re going in with some momentum, which is great but really to get the next level for the remainder of this year I think we need a mental reset. Personally I’m looking forward to the meeting, it’s super important, perhaps the most important POA ever.

The meetings are going to happen, so we might as well make the most of them. I’ve been doing relatively quite well, and my manager leaning on me to provide some peer leadership at the meeting. Honestly, I’m not sure what they expect, to me it’s been a pretty straightforward and easy sell. I guess Maybe I’m just more passionate about saving lives.

Now the managers just change direction every couple days. Sample, Don't sample, Go after commercial only, go after commercial and medicare, Go after all statin intolerant, go after just ASCVD. They have not got a clue as to what will work. Only the reps that are being left alone from management are getting success. Where managers keep interfering, and working with their reps, those reps are suffering. Do you really think a meeting in the next couple weeks, without any new contracts, is going to make any kind of difference?

I was blown away by the incentive dollars in play; this will help us finish 2020 strong and create the runway for takeoff in 2021. Seeing results and getting paid is what a launch is all about, I’m still stoked about Hawaii but quite honestly doing well inQ can fund your own trip., you can write your own ticket. Lovin ESPR.

Dude the only runway your on is one that will have a crash. I bet you have stellar sales YTD. Big new incentive program?? The one I saw is super weak. There'll be no Hawaii as it's been changed some border town along the Rio Grande. You've had quite a 2020. Sat at home for 6 months and pretended to be busy when everyone knows 90% of the Scientific Hires were doing didditly. Every RSM should be fired. Changing direction and messaging everytime you turn around is called desperation selling. Esperion is a burning cinder.
