Don’t play the blame game. We succeed through our own self-motivation and personal accountability, last I checked. Nobody can accept more responsibility for action or results than me.

Whoever this is from management has to come here to get the real facts of the of the sales team. We aren’t playing the blame game! We just ask take a look in the mirror and stop blaming the reps as to why this product isn’t where it’s supposed to be. There is been countless problems with launching this product.

I agree. We’ve been trying to tell management their plan of action doesn’t work in today’s climate. Since day one. They are dated in so many ways. Is so unfortunate. This management team has oversold Thea their core competency and cannot deliver. It’s not the reps who can’t deliver, we are over-controlled and unable to effectively do our jobs. No blame game, just reality.

Turkish Proverb: when a clown moves into a palace he doesn’t become a king. The palace becomes a circus. Thea is a circus. Management needs to take full accountability (full blame) why sales goals aren’t being met. This management is full of clowns. And have created a circus.
