What the heck was that? Anyone met our interim CEO? I didn't even know there was an article about Impax and our guy just pours fuel on the fire. I feel so confident now going to the NSM. It's obvious someone is panicking and no one is in charge. Hey, people, your sales force rocked it! Why stress us at this point?
So let's predict the future?
Will we fold as a company with the investors cashing out? They've lost a lot of value from those $30 days
Will we try to sell off the Generic Division and fold the Specialty Division? This would make no sense as your Generic business is losing money and your Specialty is growing.
Will we acquire something or someone? Basically double down. We have the cash and a sales force.
Anyone want to buy our Specialty Portfolio? It's cheap but who would want it? Pfizer? AZ? Tera? Allergan?
What's the time frame look like? They mentioned an April timeframe for a new CEO. Why does no one want the job?
Love the Pharma life. Give it 6 months and everything changes
 


Selling, we will be a new company by year end. Probably won't hire an actual CEO as interim will stay on through change and a buyout and get a parachute.

You sure as hell wouldn't know this branded sales force was awesome and performed really really well last year. Reps leaving at an unimaginable rate, shit to no bonuses, no leadership just people managing our daily activities as a way to motivate. This is rookie mistakes even a company newly establishing itself should know better. Not sure if it's shafranski sucking so bad or Michael Nestor but these fools have NO respect among the sales force.

This should be an interesting NSM...the reps hate the leadership and the rollout and conversion was terrible with absolutely no ownership on what went wrong. People are miserable here and this training dept is a JOKE.

Good riddance Impax, you haven't seen the last of people fleeing this shit hole.

This company is run by the training department They think doctors should conform to the way they want things done. They don't listen to what our doctors say.
And how about that Assessment today? Who told Shafranski it was awesome? I'd say easily half the people had to retake it. Again, no relation to what we do in the field
 


Oh and the joke of a training department is the least of our worries at this point. The company is splitting apart at the seams and it cannot be repaired. The strangest Awards dinner I have ever experienced in my entire life. Selling, selling, sold for 2.00 a share. This place is worthless!
 


Lots of vacant territories. One rep fired. Several more on plans. New CEO says we are expanding....
Drug is still seen as too expensive and confusing so take it out in the Reps?
 


it is really bad here. A mass exodus of reps right now and many more interviewing to leave. When are they going to realize Michael Nestor is the problem and Mike Shafranski is so far in over his head even his RBM's hate him. Leadership here is the worst I've seen in pharmaceuticals. They hire good people and nobody stays so we are left with a bunch of old shit reps who are used to being carried by a pod. Bad, bad, bad...

Good question. Our numbers are unreliable at best. Everyone on my team is looking. I can honestly say I only know of 2 teams who like their RBM's because they stand up for their reps. I would be ok if this place let me do my job without having me peddle spin. Let's be honest, coverage sucks. You know where it doesn't? Look at the top of the leader board.
Also, can I PLEASE go a month without someone from Corporate or my RBM riding with me?
 


did anyone else enjoy the Conference Call yesterday? It left me wondering what exactly has been going on with Replacement Rytary. We’ve been now told a MINIMUM of 3 years until it hits the street! We’ve been told for 3 years it’s been ready for clinical trials. Why haven’t they gotten off their asses and gotten the ball rolling?
 






ok. Maybe I’m crazy. I totally get we get shit for bonus, for those of you that got a bonus. I get that this super rep friendly bonus plan that SH sold the Board has been a dud and no one will make money this year. But flying under the radar are the two challenges to patents we have won, so that’s good. The money we are putting in to ‘new’ rytary, so that’s good. And have you talked to any of your friends still looking for jobs in the Industry? We have a job that doesn’t demand all that much from us. I’m feeling good for the next couple of years
 






We are toast. The word out of the manager meeting is “Grow Or Die”. I mean the goal adjustment was sweet but now they are going to beat us to increase growth ....or else Threatening letters from Corporate started this, then telling us who to call on and not call on now.....putting reps on Plans? What is going on here? Does the Specialty division get Sold, Downsized or Eliminated?
