Oh you don't have some accounts, well look over here, this guy has plenty (even though he worked his tail of and sacrificed years of his life to get them, but he doesn't need that many), so you can have some of his.
We'll just make it seem like he's getting the same amount t of $$, but in reality, we'll increase his quota so much that he won't actually make near that amount.
So in the end everyone has a similar volume and everyone makes a similar amount of $$, because everyone doesn't have a similar amount of quota, which is all based on some opportunity formula that no one can explain, but it's the magic amount of opportunity that was calculated based on some data that we purchased, instead of actually talking with the reps who know the business and built this company. Instead we paid a consulting firm millions and millions of dollars. Oh and one more thing, if your new partner doesn't hit his number you won't get a bonus, but try to make the best of it, because we have to accept change!
