Not sure what Dean or Jenna did in the past but it is a bizarre approach to hire and pay for highly experienced teams and then treat them like primary care reps. Why not just recruit primary care teams? shocked that no one has left.

Dean worked at Boehringer Ingelheim over their Health Systems team. BI focused heavily on metrics. They forced reps to make a certain percentage of virtual sales calls and send out a specific number of emails. He has a history of treating reps like children.
