who makes an IC plan that is more complicated than the IRS tax code! with ridiculous MBOs only in place to cap IC potential during a launch?! then purposely gives away the farm in major MSAs while the rest of us drive hundreds of miles doing overnights to drive business in these sh!tty subaru's. Who was the genius behind this IC plan? Even the east will not hit goal. Upping your calls per day to make $100.00 more a quarter before taxes is not what we came here for.
He's really blowing it treating experienced reps like children. Jenna knows her stuff. She listens and gets it but not sure she realizes he's pulling everyone down. The drug works. It's great. The pharmacy situation is a disaster and home office needs to take ownership and stop blaming it on metrics not being hit.Prob the worst leadership I've ever worked for and that's a pretty low bar. They need to do another pulse survey if they truly care about changing the culture. Dean needs to go - Jenna is so inexperienced she's prob listening to him too much. Get ready for a mass exodus.
