Perhaps we should get back on topic. Those in the know at Quest Diagnostics are aware that a serious second look is happening in regards to a BioReference acquisition. Yes, both CJ and Dean are key components. Employment contracts will be throughly examined. But there are other contingencies. Other considerations. Stay tuned.

 

Been asking around. Seems legit. Clients are even talking about it now.

The deal can only happen if the great and powerful Dean is part of the deal. He will work for chicken nuggets from Burger King.

 

Try to educate yourself before commenting. Everyone who’s anyone knows that the nuggets from BK are subpar at best. Dean’s contract is a component of this deal, but it’s not going to be a deal breaker if he doesn’t play nice. As far as professional talent goes, CJ is the prize. Everyone wants her.

The deal will happen. Quest does not care about employees. Quest wants the $1b in revenue that is it. COVID pushed Quest revenue to $9.3b. With COVID testing almost over, Quest needs $1.8b in revenue to satisfy Wall Street. That is all this is about. Labcorp will be bidding as well as their number is $9.5b. This is all about stock valuation. Opko should take this and run!

 

How about Rodriguez and Fein ? Will Quest or Labcorp want to have two criminals working for them? You know they will want Dean and Irene because they are the heart and soul of Opko.

 

Will Quest want Rodriguez or Fein? You know they will want Irene and Dean.

 

Quest cares and has long standing policies that govern these situations.

 

Quest Diagnostics is concerned only with the future. We are nimble and act in accordance with market conditions. You can forget about your outdated, antiquated policies. Quest Diagnostics and BioReference Laboratories are merging to form a great new organization. Try to keep up.
