Many talented people left Quinnova because of his negative leadership. He lied about pay dates, bonuses, product launch dates, and always changed the rules in the middle of the contest. He never took responsibility for any of his fuck ups but was quick to pounce on others. The general consensus is that he was an arrogant asshole, making it hard for anyone to have sympathy for him.
