OMG, that guy Glenn was a complete jerk off...I am a very experienced Derm rep and I didn't take the job because of my interview with him....a COMPLETE ass....very pompous in the interview....tested me on my "knowledge" of the Derms in my area...which would have been fine if after every answer he looked and acted like he didn't believe me...ugh....I couldn't get out of there fast enough...

Glad he is gone...good decision by Everett...
 


Wow, unfortunately you are not alone in your experience with Glenn.
For instance, he scared the field sales into not posting on CP.

Glenn was ruthless in his dealings, he ruled reps and managers with an iron fist. If you rubbed him the wrong way, your life was made miserable or you were fired. He bullied women often leaving them in tears and punished sales reps by taking money away from their paychecks. Many talented people left Quinnova because of his negative leadership. He lied about pay dates, bonuses, product launch dates, and always changed the rules in the middle of the contest. He never took responsibility for any of his fuck ups but was quick to pounce on others. The general consensus is that he was an arrogant asshole, making it hard for anyone to have sympathy for him.
