My DBM said nothing about the call late afternoon acted like nothing happened. I do know from 2 other managers they find out Tuesday if they have a job and it looks like Wednesday for reps. No idea the criteria for layoffs but it is happening.

Heme has had massive cuts just lost another whole sleeve in Feb, we are pretty lean now as TAS’s go but I’m sure more middle management fat could be cut, but then they just create new positions for them just praying to make till the end of the year.

Any credible details would be helpful. This company needs to learn on how to be transparent and walk the talk! We just had a call two weeks ago with Al Reba stating we are not having any changes and our salesforce will not be impacted due to Odyssey trial failing. It’s cuts and realignments literally every 6 - 8 months. Enough is enough!

Unfortunately, you can't believe anything they say. At the Onc/Heme POA you would have never guessed that layoffs were only weeks away.
