Re-org

RY has been a complete failure. Was promoted from a lowly 10 member team VP1 in ASPAC to 1000's of people in shared services with VP3 title, scope she has never seen in her life. Its sad we cannot find competent leaders as #1 healthcare company on planet. She has also showed very poor judgement in promoting and hiring her LT members.

Compared with the current Industry-standard, TS running on outdated technologies with outdated skills(of course, due to outdated leaders). There no career development happens across the organization. HR policies are no longer valued.

Existing resources are underutilized and their skills are eventually killed and they will get redundant and re-hired with new skills. The cycle repeats. Why this organization unable to get their team skills upgraded and help them improve the services.

Poor leaders do not know how to run the show other than reviewing suppliers.

Other Enterprises are implementing microservices and enhancing with automation and here we are struggling with private cloud and baby steps to the public cloud. Automations-- It is a joke here.

Leave the org if you have skills before your skills get killed ..!!!

You hit the nail on the head. It is very frustrating to hear we need to learn new technology, but then when asking for training, there is no real budget and therefore no company support to move into these roles. So much for the credo...
I am now taking classes and pay out of my pocket.
