I believe this is statement is accurate. Headcount reductions are needed to sustain a meaningful future for LF and for most of us to survive. Sometimes sacrificing a few will save the masses. The question is where and what the impact will be if those individuals are gone. Some recommendations. HR and IT are very heavy in Headcount as well as Manufacturing. You don't need JJ the village idiot and procurement and shipping team. that can be cut in half. Shipping guys and their leader just moping around all day hanging out in the back. IT can be outsourced as well. Good luck to the survivors of the headcount reductions and hopefully LF will have a better future.
