Yup it’s more free vs big firms but this place is such a joke it took almost a year to get our sales data right. Everything on excel spreadsheets, etc. it’s a decent paycheck to do nothin tho so ain’t bad even if you get screwed with bonus LOL

unless you have a high volume territory you will not make any commission
The psycho managers will make your life hell terrorizing you to help them make
Their bonus.

the stack rank system only benefits high volume territories
