RIF

If you were thinking I was gone for good, you would be wrong. I'll be back in Seattle in no time! Maybe this time the brilliant EC will be forced to actually cut overhead. We'll see soon enough.

There are basically three options left which all lead to another restructure.
1. They find someone to refinance the debt and be forced to restructure.
2. They get acquired and the new owner restructures.
3. They go bankrupt and are forced to restructure.
If you work there and don't actually make the company money (sales, mfg), then you are overhead. Restructures cut overhead.

Do not see how option 1 is possible. Bondholders don't need a refinance. The bondholders would probably be made whole in a bankruptcy after all assets are sold off. The equity holders would be wiped out.

Hold your heads up Dentrits. Many of you fought a good fight. But you were destine to fail the second this biotech was overrun by pharmaceutical wanna bees. Sure there were some early mishaps. But nothing that couldnt be overcome... That is at least until the clown show started.
I hope the company is broken up and sold for its parts. Maybe Provenge can then find a respectable home and do some good.

So far so good..no annoucements..if we make it past this last week and the first 3 weeks of November.. I am calling it in the clear for NO-RIF this year... Here's to breaking tradition..I hope :|

The company is in a difficult place financially and further reductions in sales headcount becomes counterproductive at some point. As a wise man once said "You cannot shrink your way to growth" and growth is what this company needs.

While a few particularly ineffective reps may get cut here and there, the company cannot do another big RIF and still stay in business. The fat has already been cut, anything further will involve muscle and bone.

Something is gonna happen either this week or next...just my logical guess...most likely next begining of next week.. Still love working here, positive place, helping people fight cancer.

Great experience to work at Dendron :)

...says an idiot that is trying to bust out of catering/pill-pushing in urology to get into buy and bill. This company SUX! To say the atmosphere is + means you either don't work here, are a new hire, or are one of Jeron's arse clowns!
