So what is the total compensation breakdown?

Old thread but I’ll bite! Coming from the big blues it’s a nice place to work with good comp when you hit targets which are reasonable. Great move for me after 15 years at the companies that are too big to give a s€%! about anyone. Very good leadership, very good peers and very good products. My first year has been great.

I agree with the earlier rep. I’ve done very well in my last 4+ years and really appreciate the regional, national and executives. The reps that complain are the ones that always complain at every company. Always at the bottom and always somebody else’s fault. I have them in my region and oh boy do they wear on everyone.
