I had to use a new tool deployed by ITS to request access to a server that I already had rights to. What a piece of crap, hard to use and what a horrible user experience. The developers should be hung.

It's something ITS can point to and claim a W on. Meanwhile it takes months to get basic services and process is offered instead of server. Don't even try to get more disk added, they have none and keep having downtime.

Nothing to do with outsource, was totally developed in house.

Just wait till you see what ITSM (aka IRIS) has in store for you! That is of course it ever gets launched.

JM and his band of do nothings? Mr Orchestration.....yay right. Here's a dollar go buy a clue.

IRIS is on version 3 or 4 with nothing to show except a huge cost, rotating managers and sponsors.

Lets try to save a few jobs and kill off these dog projects that were stupid to start with.

I/TSS doesn't develop anything. Buy it from a vendor, mess with it and force it in. The access management fiasco is a Novell product.

Parts maybe Novell, parts custom coding. So if ITS buys / deploys something that is horrible they have no ownership?
