Shatkin FIRST, Intra Lock Primary Distributor

Yep, Jose is about to Hose the sales force by posting his nemesis' name here. I've heard of a Mexican Standoff, I guess this is a Cuban stand off. Lets see who wins.

Nah- Jose is full of hot air, broken promises and empty threats. He is like his reps- he'll talk a big game and NEVER food through... Just watch.

Keep it up UConn. If you respond one p more time on this site....
I'm going to plaster your name, all over this cafe pharma site.

Go ahead big shot, shut the f***K up. TRY ME!!! You will never get a job again!

I'm TRYING YOU!!!!! Lets see what you're made of cowboy.

Imagine how narcissistic this prick is to think he has any control over my career. Like this two bit, unknown asshole little company is going to make any difference at all in anyone's life. But this dickhead Jose believes he controls the careers of ex employees. Keep believing it you bozo. So narcissistic to believe that NO ONE will ever work ever again after working for this failing, poorly run mom and pop operation. He almost could be considered someone with visions of grandeur. To the extent of it being a mental illness. Jose is a no body working for an unknown company. You can't even control your own career let alone someone else's.

Arguably, however, 'in addition to its pathological forms, megalomania is a mental behavior that can be used by any individual as a way of coping with distress linked to frustration, abandonment, loss, or disappearance of the object' in everyday life. In this sense, we may see 'megalomania as an extreme form of manic defense...against the anxiety resulting from separation from the object'.

Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is a personality disorder in which the individual is described as being excessively preoccupied with issues of personal adequacy, power, prestige and vanity.

Symptoms include:

Reacts to criticism with anger, shame, or humiliation
May take advantage of others to reach their own goal
Tends to exaggerate their own importance, achievements, and talents
Imagines unrealistic fantasies of success, beauty, power, intelligence, or romance
Requires constant attention and positive reinforcement from others
Easily becomes jealous
Lacks empathy and disregards the feelings of others
Obsessed with oneself
Mainly pursues selfish goals
Trouble keeping healthy relationships
Is easily hurt and rejected
Sets unrealistic goals
Wants "the best" of everything
Appears as tough-minded or unemotional [4]

The PP was right. Jose is full of hot air. Looks like another idle threat.

Idle, as in empty. Not unlike the value proposition at this company.

Or the inbox of the guy waiting on resumes of people interested in selling for Intra-lock

Or the 90 day hotlists of the reps

Or the 180 day hotlists of the reps

Or the 360 day hotlists of the reps

Or the speaker's bureau for Intra-lock

Or the Intralock booth at any trade show

Or the mailing list of people interested in hearing more about this company product, or management team

HAHAHAHAHAHAHahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The people that own this abortion of a company must be hemorrhaging money. There are just too many players in the US Implant market. This company brings little if anything to the market that is not already being provided by other more established companies. Why anyone would use these products is beyond me. Why someone would fund this operation or believe they had a chance at success is even further beyond my scope of understanding. This is what happens when engineers think they know how to run a business. Arrogance reigns, while the company fails.

Maybe his bosses saw that he was one Cafepharma insulting and degrading his former and current employees. Not a very ethical or smart thing to engage in. But then again, Jose is not a very smart or ethical guy.

If they were foolish enough to hire him, and retain him all this time, what in the world makes you think they would be wise enough to let him go?

Good point. Firing him would make too much sense. This company has no sense. Figure out what a normal experienced person would do and then do the opposite. That is the mantra of this co.

That is for sure. They look at what successful companies do, and say to themselves: "We don't want to be like the big companies. Lets figure out a more complex, less successful way to do it." Reinventing the wheel and mouse trap at every opportunity.

I think Jose is getting a little mad. Hes getting baited. Plaster a name? Open yourself up to a lawsuit which is probably what the Pp is looking for you to do. I guess it becomes a matter of is Jose dumb enough to get baited into doing something like that. Old man better be careful.

oh, can't come to work my balls hurt

A "Moran" is an old Cuban guy who doesn't know how to spell the word "moron". Usually concomitant with the inability to utilize the spell check features of a modern computer, or tablet.
