I have no clue what happened in PA but similar stories are playing out all across the nation. This model breeds corruption. From performance management, to talent development, incentive comp and rewards, ICX, interviewing, hiring and beyond we are consistently inconsistent.
We traded 8-10 TA silos for 32 Ecosystem Silos and an internal organization that never evolved with the model. There is no accountability at the PL8+ level (can you name an HED that was let go?). HDs continue to demonstrate that they can either be account managers or DMs but not both.
Individual contributors continue to quietly quit, many working multiple full time side hustles (real estate, gyms, personal trainers) and those that hustle and give 100% or voice up concerns are alienated and or silenced. This place needs a hard reset and no, the people in commercial and medical leadership that got us here cannot lead us out of it!
