Too many managers go in with a chip on their shoulder and an ego. Remember, the best reps don’t want to be managers but the biggest slackers do, who also happen to be either the biggest drinkers/partiers or butt kissers. I stopped listening to managers years ago. Only take them to sites you don’t care to burn. If you have to, play it up like there’s tons of opportunity there.

Funniest thing is that your manager probably won’t recognize themselves in your post and probably left your ride along feeling good about what they did, getting a little high from that dopamine hit. Now you’re going to hear forever how you need to do what they did in every office you have

This is so typical of Esperion. Paying people to post positive garbage. This the most despicable company I ever worked for. So disgusting! Just look at the hiring process in 2019-20. This was what The Scientific Hiring Process was all about. Setup cattle call interviews , insist on a business plan with all your contacts, tape record your interview, insist you have the job, told to wait a few hours for another interview with VP's only to be told to fly home and wait for phone call to tell you your start date. All was a complete scan to get your business plan. Then after getting the keys to the city your idiot hires didn't have the competency to implement the plans. This latest smug attitude towards people in southeast shows once again what a dumpster fire Esperion is.
