Funniest thing is that your manager probably won’t recognize themselves in your post and probably left your ride along feeling good about what they did, getting a little high from that dopamine hit. Now you’re going to hear forever how you need to do what they did in every office you haveToo many managers go in with a chip on their shoulder and an ego. Remember, the best reps don’t want to be managers but the biggest slackers do, who also happen to be either the biggest drinkers/partiers or butt kissers. I stopped listening to managers years ago. Only take them to sites you don’t care to burn. If you have to, play it up like there’s tons of opportunity there.
