Any more information regarding fleet vehicles? This was clearly known to managers…such BS. Most that were displaced…already have new jobs! Don’t tell me they didn’t know this was coming!
 




This is a case study for a leadership team that buried its head in the sand (enabled by a marketing team lorded over by a cult leader in high heels who I wouldn’t trust to park my car). Plenty of us tried to sound the alarm that Sunosi was a dog, but somehow the message didn’t quite make it up Jabba’s office. Hmmm. Well, they put lipstick and a pair of goggles on that pig but it still couldn’t fly.

True, Jazz essentially fired and discarded me. But that’s OK because I already landed a job starting with another company in May with a 20% salary increase, hefty sign on bonus, much higher target payout, RSUs and better benefits than what Jazz offered. Plus I still get my 4 months worth of severance, remainder of unpaid vacation, and cashing out my RSUs that’s valued in the 6 figures. I’m on vacation mode til May so I think I’ll book a trip to Hawaii and crash their little presidents club party. That jazz door hit me on the way out and put a buttload of cash in my back pocket

they have abandoned their leadership responsibilities and obligations to the welfare of the team. Not surprised by Kim and Gorge - its the big pharma phenotype and they will never get it.
Shocked by PJ, Bruce and Erin. have totally lost their way and seemingly don't care.

You haven’t been employed at Jazz in over a decade. Go back under your rock.
 




They tried selling Sunosi to another company over a year ago when they split the salesforce but the deal fell through. Then Jazz hired Syneos and more direct salespeople, issuing them worthless stock grants, with their end goal of maximizing value to try unload it again. Mission accomplished.
Profit, not People.

Jorge was out in the field riding with Sunosi reps and meeting with managers up to the week before the hammer dropped. He knew what was about to happen but kept up the charade that all was fine and dandy. Then he sends out the email Monday morning to stay home and wait by your iPad. What a scumbag.
