Just to make sure…you are one of those employees who gets paid for M - F, right?Yes, he insists on 2-3 day field visits. Which frequently include Fridays.

Is your dm ML?My manager insists on riding with anyone in my team who just got back from vacation. Like literally days after. Is this an Amgen thing because it’s the worst practice I’ve ever experienced.
This is the way it is at Amgen. It's called the "Amgen Myth". Literally. The managers are evil and HR supports it. Long history of this. It's unlike any other company and that's the truth.Everyone that’s asked, I’ve told them to not come here. It’s not worth the BS. Amgen looks and sounds good on paper, but once you’re here you’ll regret it. Especially if you end up with a Amgen manager vs Horizon. The teams that have Amgen managers miserable.
None of the Tepezza team are the originals except Robert and Jorge, so none of the newbies know anything. EveryThe Amgen invasion of rare disease is upon us. If you thought Tad was bad, welcome to the worst possible outcome. Someone called it out a while back…EP now, CH later. Jasper why are you placing people here that have no clue what rare disease is or realize what it takes to run an RD team…this is mindless. Tepezza might as well be part of General Medicine now as it’s all going to be metrics, metrics, metrics.
The joke is that the younger people who took all of the “original SAM” jobs after we all got let go for no reason and the rest got pissed off and left a few months later due to that treatment have ZERO to do with the sales of Tepezza. In fact, they have gone down since we were let go. They never made the big bucks either, except higher base salaries than Amgen, so I don’t; know why they are complaining. They took our jobs and just got paid bonus off of what we established. They should all be let go.Yeah…I’m just barely smart enough to work for a company that still exists and has been around for a decades long career. Agreed, Horizon had something Amgen wanted, so they traded something Horizon owners needed…capital. Had you been such an amazing company you would have had everything you needed to fend off the takeover. You weren’t, and you didn’t, and Horizon is now a distant memory. Throw yourself a little pitty party and get on with your life. You STILL have a job. You have fantastic benefits! You work for a company that takes fantastic care of its people even when they are spoiled ungrateful brats. What you don’t, and never will have again is Horizon. That business model wasn’t good enough to survive. Horizon did ok, but not good enough.
Take your daily Metamucil, and shut the fuck up.None of the Tepezza team are the originals except Robert and Jorge, so none of the newbies know anything. Every

Horrible, it’s a pressure cooker. All that matters is metrics. Patients first is gone.how is the culture on Tepezza these days?
Please, patients first was never a priority at Horizon. You mercenaries were all in it for the money as you like to keep reminding us.Horrible, it’s a pressure cooker. All that matters is metrics. Patients first is gone.
Activity for activity's sake is the priority here. The quicker you understand that, the better your career. The key is to sell a story to the EDs and AVPs that head each sales team. They in turn plagiarize your fluff and sell upwards. If you provide them fuel, you will be pulled along. Look at derm for the classic model. Leadership team full of fluff and fakery. Please, patients first was never a priority at Horizon. You mercenaries were all in it for the money as you like to keep reminding us.
This! Very fake, and favorites will be played.Activity for activity's sake is the priority here. The quicker you understand that, the better your career. The leadership leftover from HZN are still decent people. It’s all the infiltrated Amgen trash that’s making this place unbearable to work at.Tepezza is a failing brand, with failing leadership. Awful experience working on this team
Then leave? You won’tThe leadership leftover from HZN are still decent people. It’s all the infiltrated Amgen trash that’s making this place unbearable to work at.
Already working on it. Offer on the Horizon… no pun intended. Then leave? You won’t
