Yes they've started. Offers are actually supposed to go out early Sept with a really October start. You may want to call that recruiter back. Was he external? All I can say is I'm sorry. I believe that they are in the middle of interviews and offers. Definitely reach back out to the recruiter, I know others have had issues. You're not alone. Best of luck.Yes MS
