The newbies got the originals positions, who were hired to make it a 1.5 B dollar drug. Sorry that you have so much to complain about. Maybe the correct word should be BURYING, as in BURYING this salesforce and brand into the ground and into the biggest sales forecast miss in TEPEZZA history! We were just fine with Louis Scerbo. By my calculations, we let him go right after our biggest quarter since launch. We were back on track as a brand. Culture was at an all time high. Now we are going to miss Q1 estimates by ATLEAST $150 MILLION. PROBABLY MORE!

We need to be more like KrystexxaAnother one bites the dust! How many is that now? Since the expansion we have gone through 4 different “leaders”. I use that term lightly. Absolute insanity! There’s no consistency, IC plans were constantly changing…and now we’re stuck with this infusion IC plan that TAD COOKED UP even though as SAMs we have ZERO control over infusions.
Over half the salesforce (and most managers) aren’t even at 70%, but now he’s gone and we are stuck with this terrible plan.
Maybe now we’ll actually have some spiffs or something where people can make money, because he didn’t believe in them.
And they wonder why morale in this division is in the toilet!?
Oh we have SPIFFs in the east region. They are based on reach and frequency. You heard me correctly REACH AND FREQUENCY!?! Every single Derm leader who was good was pushed out, pushed into a pasture or saw their role eliminated. It's the Amgen way. If you have any focus on performance over activity, you will be targeted. Learn to enter calls and hit the emoji button on calls, showing dear leaders love and you will be retained.This company has some of the worst leaders from top all the way down to ASD. The Horizon managers are the only ones worth their salt and they are either leaving or being pushed out.
