Thanks for screwing us with ESPP.

No they don’t, not near what we make.

That falls into the “it depends” category. Look at their current postings and the ranges listed (they are doing pay transparency now). I used to work there a few years ago. The top regular specialty reps make close to what we do in base. Bonus is about half & RSUs suck. BUT if you are on older side, the retirement is pretty kick ass. They just dump a percentage of your salary into your 401k at the end of each year. At 45 it goes up to 7.5%. That is on top of 401k match. No ESPP, though. RSUs are crap. Our salesforce did get a 100k in RSU retention bonus for 3 years in 2017, though. That was pretty sweet. You pretty much can’t get fired there, though. Lol! Their rheum rare disease team makes much more than the regular specialty salesforces. It’s a higher different pay band (between rep & manager). They are starting to expand for the new rare renal team. All but one TLL hired & hiring the 2 RDs right now.

Hey, moron, do you know how ESPP works? If they had delayed the announcement by a couple of days, we would have gotten the stock at a cheaper price & thus made more money.

You must not know how ESPP works. The announcement had nothing to do with the stock price you are getting. In fact it was based on $76 or something in this last go around if you weren't in at a different price beforehand. All depends on your cycle.

omg, idiot. Our ESPP is 85% of the lower of the price you locked in at OR when they are purchased. The stock was below $70 when it was announced, so we would have gotten it for around $60 instead of $76 (unless you were locked in lower in a previous cycle which many if not most weren’t).
