Thanks for screwing us with ESPP.

That falls into the “it depends” category. Look at their current postings and the ranges listed (they are doing pay transparency now). I used to work there a few years ago. The top regular specialty reps make close to what we do in base. Bonus is about half & RSUs suck. BUT if you are on older side, the retirement is pretty kick ass. They just dump a percentage of your salary into your 401k at the end of each year. At 45 it goes up to 7.5%. That is on top of 401k match. No ESPP, though. RSUs are crap. Our salesforce did get a 100k in RSU retention bonus for 3 years in 2017, though. That was pretty sweet. You pretty much can’t get fired there, though. Lol! Their rheum rare disease team makes much more than the regular specialty salesforces. It’s a higher different pay band (between rep & manager). They are starting to expand for the new rare renal team. All but one TLL hired & hiring the 2 RDs right now.

Most people on our Rheum team and Neph team are making over 170k base...a few over 200k base. Amgen is not anywhere close to that.
