You don't join a company bc of their hotel, but it does show how they plan to treat you in the future. The accommodations are a reflection of the company culture, CHEAP! I'm surprised that applied hasn't turned one of the buildings at corporate into a dorm yet. With the revolving door of people and monthly training classes that still keep up with the open territories. We aren't growing, we are bleeding!!! Reps leave in masses !!!

the bottom line is there really is almost nothing positive about this company. Look at what they (don't) pay, look at the turnover, look at the terrible piss poor weak management, look at how they use the same pathetic recruiters because the whole industry knows they're a D company at best. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. Don't let one of Said Hilal's offspring/relatives try and push their agenda/beliefs on you. Do your homework, ask around, and you shall see that Applied Medical really is a terrible place to work and you deserve better. The years and years of posts should be a testament to what this place is truly like and it's like an abusive relationship: get out before it gets worse.

You and I both know that you are full of shit. Look at the top rankings. The top ranked territories don't have the sales volume for it to be mathematically possible to make 200k. Nice touch that 1 & 2 are open territories.
