The End is Near with Adams at Helm

So KB either fired you or never hired you. Either way...I can't see why!?

Trying going to work instead of throwing names on an internet site you POS

I wouldn't work for her and she has only fired one person in 2 plus years. You would be wrong asshole. I am observer of people's interactions and she is a real interesting subject. If she was half as good as she says she is she would not be in the bottom of the sales standings.

Read your prospectus. Aux has over $250 million in debt. Anyone buying them absorbs that. I dont know what the value of Testim is given the patent challenge. Xiaflex does have value.
I think it is more likely to sell off products than someone buy Auxilium outright. Then again some Foreign pharma look at companies with an existing infrastructure so that is always an option. But no US company wants more employees, just patented drugs.

As an investor, these posts are great entertainment. Love how lowly reps are sniping at each other and middle management, blaming them for the current situation not realizing that most of this are outside of their control. Get use to it! The company is going to be sold!

Agree. I like it when sales reps try to demonstrate some kind of business knowledge when stating their opinion about company value or strategy. It's actually kind cute.

I doubt either of the last two posters are investors. Doesn't sound like "investor-speak", especially the spelling errors. They sound like posers.

Spelling errors eh? That's some great detective work sherlock! Have you read any of the yahoo message boards lately? Go on there and call them out on their spelling errors and accuse them of not being investors

To all that post on the yahoo message board. You are poor spellers and you are not investors.

That was easy

Sepracor CEO Got 44% Raise as He Planned 940 Layoffs
April 08, 2009 by CBSNews.com

Sepracor*began the year by announcing the layoffs of about 940 staff -- 530 of its own reps and execs and 410 contract reps. But the pain wasn't felt equally at Sepracor. Top management at the company saw their total compensation rise a combined 20 percent to $23 million.CEO Adrian Adams*(pictured) saw his pay jump 44 percent from $4.5 million to $6.5 million.*Former chairman Timothy Barberich*saw his total compensation go up 22 percent from $4.9 million to $6 million.

This will happen at Auxilium in next 9-12 months. Guaranteed.

Hey the one thing Adrian Adams has in Auxilium that he did not have at Sepracor is a product that is growing! With that said, when the product stops growing he will begin doing the things he has done in the past. Wait till he wants to build a new facility, that is a sure sign you are in trouble.

Adrian Adams is an empty suit and everyone on Wall Street knows it. The act of raising prices in the face of the chief competitor going generic in order to meet flagging sales targets speaks for itself, remember Lunesta when Ambien was going generic? When Adams went to Sepracor the company was worth $6.9 billion, when he sold it after his 'reign of error' it fetched $2.9 billion with whatever premium was built in for the sale price, if that is not scary then I am not sure how to illustrate incompetence properly.

The point here is that whether it was at Sepracor (now fortunately Sunovion to divest itself from the name damage), Inhale, Kos, or anywhere else he has been, it is the same old story, with the same players surrounding him. If you think things will be different because he has learned from his past mistakes then I am afraid you are not seeing the exact same patterns playing out each time he lands onto his latest Lilly pad. Beware when he wants to thank 'each and every one of you' that's when you are about to take it like the littlest guy guy on cell block D! Good luck to you all, in your future endeavors.

Glad to see you guys are wise to what AA is all about. Most of you seem to realize that he is brought in to prep a company for sale. That is his specialty, and he repeats the same MO every time. I'm pleased to see he still has the same worthless "Ask Adrian" thing going. Let me guess, did he get on stage at a NSM and bow to the sales force? What a tool.

Take it from a Sepracor, err, Sunovion rep... If you don't think your company is going to be sold in the near future, you are in denial. Honestly though, that's not always a bad thing. It just depends on who the suitor is. I'm just trolling this board to get an idea if it's time to load up on AUXL stock yet. He typically gets good stock price growth short term, then it absolutely tanks to make it an attractive takeover target. Looks like you're getting close, but I think I'll hold off for now... Probably until you hit the $14-$15 range. Good luck to all of you.

Thanks whoever. Yes, we are well aware of our terminal situation. Adams is up to his old tricks with Koven. We know how the story ends. Stock continue to decline into single digits next year. They should have sold in April but now its too late. The end will be a liquidation of assets, not a sale.
