The next wave

Good, one more person that does not want to be here replaced with someone that does.

Better for the company.

No, not better for the company. You're missing the whole underlying point here. The person leaving DID want to be part of this company. Unfortunately they were let down by impotent leadership, no vision, no hope for the future. As a result, they are making an intelligent decision and moving on. Keep in mind, this was once a great company with tremendous growth. All the leaders and visionaries responsible for that growth have moved on. All that's left is a group of clueless goofs that think they "know-it -all". It's like the idiot sons taking over for their Fathers company and running it into the ground. Good luck.

As the famous song from Queen goes:

And another one's gone, and another one's gone, ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

What a huge loss to KC for losing CE. Sharp, talented and definitely an unsung hero who knew her business.

Wait until you see who's next.
The people that you think are "Johnnie Do-Gooders" and KC loyalists are already half-way out the door.

Managers- Don't let that "loyalty facade" make you think that you're safe with your rep and that they are staying. Management has a false sense of security that nobody is going anywhere because the job market is so bad. The good reps, and I mean really good reps get opportunites all the time. They are constantly being poached. When the right opportunity comes along some of them will be leaving as well. It's always easier to find a job when you already have one. It's easy to be picky.

So sit back, continue to bury your head in the sand and ignore the issues that your reps face. It's the perfect way to lose your good people. Don't believe me?

This is your next group of flight risks:

From VAP, Drum roll please!@!@##$$%

1. NEVERMIND, I think I'm going to let it be a surprise.

We all miss CE terribly! Good luck and all the best to you. You're a great salesperson.

KK gone, Club One winner last year, #5 in rankings this year, 13 years of excellent work. Another great job by Phil de Bucket which shows incompetence runs throughout the organization.

i'm surprised more have not left yet. there are so many people that claimed to be looking and-or on the way out over the last 6-12 mos, and it just seems like more should have left by now. a lot of talented people that could do sooo much better elsewhere. i guess time will tell...
