It's really not a big deal that people leave. I'm going out with a bang though. I have a list of every single product and hospital that I have closed since I started with KC. I've also listed in order from highest to lowest my relationship with these facilities.
The best part, I'm double dipping right now. I'm working my new job and didn't give you my notice here. I'll let you know shortly.
As I have continued the sales cycle to get new closed business, I'm doing something else as well. I've shared with some of my largest customers that I have moved on. I've shared with them some of the messed up shit that this company does. I'm closing them alright! I'm closing thing on moving over to a competitive product.
I'm already paving the ground work for what they pay for our product and how that can save using one of my competitors.
This is going to be the departure of the year! KC will be at risk of losing about a half a million dollars when I'm gone. That's right $500K.
I will follow-up with these facilities as well as contact my competitors and let them know about the easy pickens.
Adios KC! The cost to get a new hire up and running and the lost business will cost you almost $750K. Payback is a bitch. Keep fucking people over with commssions. In the end, I won. You would have saved a lot more by paying me what you owed me.[/QUO
Congratulations! I did the same when I left last year. I had been screwed over so bad by David Parks, I felt they deserved a little of their own medicine. Amazing how the customer reacts when they find out what is going on behind the scenes. Good luck in your new endevour and fill blessed that you escaped the circus.
