The next wave

Expect to hear about the next big resignation....within two weeks. Another DH rep GONE!
No to mention the resignation last week of another DH rep and then another person who left today. Work will be out shortly.

You do realize that people leaving is really not a big deal right?

Did you leave a job to come here? People come, people go...hell for a great opportunity you would be foolish not to accept it.

Look for more consolidtion of territories as the reorg shapes up. According to an inside source, the number of medical devices reps will be reduced by 33% over the next six months.

Sigh....I guess people just can't read.

So we are filling 2 RM spots and an AM spot and we are going to reduce the sales force....

You took the words right out of my mouth. Some people just love to complain, never happy and just miserable with the company and the job that they do.

These people should just leave!

It's really not a big deal that people leave. I'm going out with a bang though. I have a list of every single product and hospital that I have closed since I started with KC. I've also listed in order from highest to lowest my relationship with these facilities.
The best part, I'm double dipping right now. I'm working my new job and didn't give you my notice here. I'll let you know shortly.

As I have continued the sales cycle to get new closed business, I'm doing something else as well. I've shared with some of my largest customers that I have moved on. I've shared with them some of the messed up shit that this company does. I'm closing them alright! I'm closing thing on moving over to a competitive product.
I'm already paving the ground work for what they pay for our product and how that can save using one of my competitors.

This is going to be the departure of the year! KC will be at risk of losing about a half a million dollars when I'm gone. That's right $500K.
I will follow-up with these facilities as well as contact my competitors and let them know about the easy pickens.

Adios KC! The cost to get a new hire up and running and the lost business will cost you almost $750K. Payback is a bitch. Keep fucking people over with commssions. In the end, I won. You would have saved a lot more by paying me what you owed me.

Why should anyone leave? Making an $85,000 base salary, free gas for the wife's car, free cell phone to talk to my friends and no expectations for sales growth since there are no new products. It is like working for the government, nobody at the top cares and are lining thier pockets. What a great life!!!

Congratulations! I did the same when I left last year. I had been screwed over so bad by David Parks, I felt they deserved a little of their own medicine. Amazing how the customer reacts when they find out what is going on behind the scenes. Good luck in your new endevour and fill blessed that you escaped the circus.

I would suggest a bribe to the head of the department or a threat to burn down their house. Call Cardinal you fool, they know more about our product than you do.

You B the fool, methinks...

Their wrap has more indications...like STERRAD, costs less money, is much smoother on technicians' hands, and can be easily bundled into Cardinal's incentive programs. We B in big trouble....

Only one way to go for KC, down. We have been sitting on this product for so long, time to move over and let Cardinal in.
