Thought forced programs was against compliance?

Many of us were under the impression that forcing the field to do programs because of management direction, budgets, trackers, etc was considered non compliant. So how is it we are being forced now to do 6 programs by end of June?

Agree - we are not supposed to be held accountable or “forced” to conduct programs! Don’t do it. This is yet another ditched effort for the company to get blood from a stone from the sales force. Shit rolls downhill. Let’s start sending a message uphill until they get it. Keep in mind, it’s all about their stock price and looking good to investors.

Impression? What are you a comedian now? Okay, Rich Little do your best Johnny Carson!

5-6 programs per rep is a goal in our district, not an expectation. If you cant do 1 program each month in the first half of the year, don't be shitty when your ACR report is below average in February

Interesting. You set a written goal and if it isn't met, the TM is penalized. Sounds like an expectation.

Great question.
I was on the conference call when HR was on the call and they said the same thing you did.
Ours started adding "based on business needs of territory" to their program quota, yet still pushing at least 5. If your numbers don't meet goals or aren't consistently above region at the least, and you didn't do you program requirement, they use this against you in your merit increase, or to be precise, not to give you a merit increase. And since our sales goals seem to be out of reach and barely even depend on individual effort, they have plenty of ammunition not to give any decent merit increases or promotions.
