Thought forced programs was against compliance?






Many of us were under the impression that forcing the field to do programs because of management direction, budgets, trackers, etc was considered non compliant. So how is it we are being forced now to do 6 programs by end of June?
What’s the deal with this? I’ve now heard from a large number of people that yes, these are against compliance. How do they get away with this?
 












What’s this “report to HR” nonsense?
Believe me, HR is not the employee’s friend or champion.
Exactly. They'll take note of your concern and notify your BD or AVP. You'll be discreetly "flagged" as an issue. HR works for Lilly, not for you. Also, think about it, if you hop on a call and HR is on the line...is that ever considered a good thing?
