Last I heard vest boy is kind of quiet at the office. RL Next time you are talking to someine in the hall or on the phone take a moment to stop and think what the other person thinks of you. Kind of makes you wonder doesnt it. I know you still have your friends those former Bradley people but even they I heard have turned the corner because of your antics. I just wish there was away we could show you how many of us there actually are meaning people who know what you are really about. I just feel bad for your wife

This is incredibly funny. You have no idea who you are ranting at. You challenge people to produce evidence of all the crap you pulled, but your ego is too inflated to recognize the the minute you open your mouth, or rant here on cafe Pharma, that you provide the proof yourself. You had your head so far up lothar's butt that some people swore they saw your awful crewcut in Lothar's mouth when he spoke. Even your fooling around with JB isn't an original idea. You are a joke. Don't go away mad Ralph, just get lost....for good. You bring nothing to the table.

For the record, I'm very happy in my job and I do it very well. Something you know nothing about.

You have to talk yourself into believing that, don't you. You have no idea how many people laugh at you and know you are a liar and frankly, a pig. This thread is comical. Thanks for the laughs.
 


It seems to me that all the crazy talk here is coming from the sales division, and I can understand that.

All other personnel seem to be cautiously optimistic, or at least willing to milk the cow til she falls over dead. And rightfully so. Everybody is pulling down a nice payday in the interim. And they have someplace to go when the alarm clock rings. Beats sitting home refreshing Career Builder every two hours.

I can't blame a frustrated salesperson or three for lashing out; their department is bearing the brunt of the callous actions of upper management. It's painfully obvious that sales will eventually be farmed out via a partnering agreement with another company.

The Pharma business, as as, is no place for people with weak constitutions. Unfortunately, our brothers and sisters in Sales are currently bearing the burden that might soon befall the rest of us.

It's fine to revel in the present, but it is essential to prepare for the future.

They all say that right before the pink slip comes and then can't believe it.

And kind of, "yes" to the last poster, but it seems the complaining is coming from the marketing division (not field sales). The field is a great group of ours that is doing what they are asked. But angry (because a relation wasn't hired) people don't know how to rationalize the information facing them.

Have to agree about the Lothar comment. Why I think he is still here. What rubbed me worng about RL was how after PM and SA were let go he was so quick to say negative things about them both yet when they were here he kissed their as.....This should tell you alot about a persons personality when they behave that way. He is an insecure person from what I can see and the behavior I just spoke of coupled with his need to throw his fellow employee's under the bus to make himself look good slao shows his insecurity. For those dont dont work in Melville I can say this "The Indians are getting restless" and people are fed up w/ how he acts, treats and behaves.
 


He argued with and challenged SA all the time. Anyone that knows the inside scoop knows RL did not want the pipeline destroyed. I know for a fact that wasn't his doing, I used to be in R&D. As far as PM goes, I don't remember him bad mouthing him (and if you do know, let's hear what exaclty he said?). The scary thing is that anyone who crosses him ends up out. Amazing that the guy can get away with that.

There's a saying that goes, "better to stay silent and let people think you might be stupid than to speak and remove all doubt". You just removed all doubt. You don't even have the right state much less the right building. Idiot.
 


He stays alive because he makes it a point to point out what everybody else is doing and throws people under the bus. Someone needs to do that to him and call him out on what he has done. For the record I personally heard him say when PM was let go that its was the best thing that happened to Nycomed. I heard those exact words come out of his mouth. Did the same thing when SA was suddenly let go. I am a former rep and heard him say at the booth at the summer AAD in NYC that it was good SA was let go. This I can comment on because I heard them both first hand. As for the other things on here I can not comment. I am not one to speculate but had to comment on this becasue I personally have first hand knowledge.

Another outsider reading here. Highly unlikely that someone who has committed all these sins and contributes nothing to the organization is allowed to stay. That's not how it works. You guys can't have so many bad leaders that no one was/is willing to challenge this guy. Results usually end up being the main factor. If someone is getting results and there is heresay, nothing happens, as simple as that.

In most companies, that's how it works, but in the last 10 years, the company has gone through major changes, particularly in the last five. When the CEO and his team changes four times in 5 years, it's easy to see how slime can slither through. If we could only have leadership stick around for two years, it would be hard to see this creep lasting. Oh, and as far as his comments about PM, he laughed out loud in the Melville exec confirm room when the news came out. He was so loud, it was heard in the hallways.

For what it's worth, the post above is a lie. How do I know that? RL was not there that day. Go ahead, check the records. He was not in Melville at all that entire week. All of these posts are a book of lies. How you going to wriggle out of this one Ms. LIAR? Have another smart-a$$ response?
