M. Hirth who should be the Midwest Vaccine DCO is now with Moderna, a company that has a coronavirus vaccine that shows some promise. I am happy for him. Unlike the current Midwest Vaccine DCO, he has actual vaccine sales experience, he doesn't make up useless busy work for his reps to do and he actually treats people with respect rather than with a condescending know it all attitude.

It makes no sense why TL is still here. He was only interested in pushing the adult vaccines and taking credit for the success of Gardasil sales that were achieved by reps that started out in Vaccines. Most reps with common sense new Zostavax was a bust coming out of the gate and P23 was a seasonal vaccine that wouldn't grow much more outside the Fall. TL thinks he's the smartest person on the planet but he's been proven to be a two faced, fraud and liar. The billion dollar vaccines are the pediatric ones, not the adult ones and most reps who started out in Vaccines figured that out years ago. Not "take an L" TL.

He is been a great leader for many years. The problem is he does not give anyone a free lunch. He had been a leader, motivator and visionary. There never was and is no evidence to prove anything different. A great man who have touched the life's of so many in a positive way is an inspiration to all of us. People who write anything different have not had or incapable of understanding greatness. He promotes on merit, success, and always has been fully transparent when making decisions. If you are lucky enough to ever meet him please be thankful for all his hard working, critical thinking, and fairness to others. He and a few others are the cornerstone that hold this great company together. All these years of ignorant words written by others yet he is stronger than ever. It's clearly shows people are envious and want to be him. He has helped out many people who believe his philosophy of hard work pays, be kind to others, and always look at things objectively. It's simple 99 percent have had nothing but great things to say about him. It's that small 1 percent that has the issue. I would look in the mirror and make yourself a better person and not blame others. Always remember the squeaky wheel not does always get oil. It just gets replaced.

That vaccine division Is full of bad leadership. Maybe now that there was a mass exodus of higher ups people won’t let the bullies stay and torment people. But, seriously why let this guy get under your skin for this long? Leave

What i don’t understand is why they have let people like CB continue to stay around and destroy soooo many peoples careers and lie and manipulate everyone. That lady is toxic and has created such a terrible environment. The RMD that promoted her and that continues to allow it should be ashamed of herself. The CTL’s that sit around around and let their reps be pushed around lose productivity. The lack of collaboration with the MSL’s because of her. The lost opportunities with former colleagues, shall I continue. Corruption surrounds Merck vaccines…until they retire or leave.
 


Wow TL. You're consistently willing to make your reps do unpaid, extra assignments, work after hours and kiss up to you constantly only to pass them over when they interview for better positions in your region to people who have left Merck. What a great message you're sending to your region. Work exceptionally hard for TL to the point you have no life with no extra incentive only to be pushed aside for quitters. No wonder tenured folks are leaving left and right from your region. What a cowardly way to lead and destroy employee morale. It's possible that the reason you have lower back problem is because you lack a strong spine. Pathetic.
