Exactly. People do leave. Look at the number of female reps that left the southeast region over the years. Why do you think it was toxic for them? Do you think anyone above them may have been hitting on them then retaliating if they didn’t play?

Does she spew southern drawl wino style and think she is a great trainer too? I think I know who you are talking about. She has been kissing up ex-GSK management for years. It’s noble work!
