Beware of the woman manager in the Midwest. She’s lost 5 members of her team since she started a little over 12 months ago. I hear there are more on their way out. That screams toxic to me.

Look what the previous manager just did… won NexLevel. I don’t think she was cleaning anything up. She finished 13/15 and the old manager hit NexLevel. Nate is one of the best managers this company has and all of his employees would say that. Current or pastShe’s really not that bad actually a very good person that has super high expectations. What’s wrong with that? There was a lot of work that needed to be done to clean up that district and it’s coming along quite nicely.

Even worse that she's making your sales harder. Why can't Sheldon and the team get it together already. If the data wasn't so good and coverage wasn't improving I would say leave.I’m one of the unfortunate ones who work for her. I have had multiple offices tell me not to bring her back in.
