Tracking of reps begin

Seen your type for 20 plus years punk. Love it when "preachy pukes like you" get chewed up and spit out even though they are one of the committed ones. The rest of you folks that have large rural territories the previous tactics are just suggestion to try and help you fight the fear tactics that are rampant in our company right now. Choose who you think is right... Just work super rep who's teammates hate and that will throw you under the bus, or someone that has produced, survived and helped others to do the same. Work, yes but work smart. See ya urban punk boy.

Who are you addressing this to?

Whatever but again
Air watching YOU!

Airwatch IS a tracking application. It is in place to track your device. The minute you try to disable it, home office will get a notification that you can't be "pinged", and your manager will then get an email as well. You don't want to have to answer the question as to why you turned it off. This is NOT a bullshit story. You can easily google the info to see what Airwatch is designed to do.

Yes, Airwatch is a tracking app., Disable it? Turn it off? How does one do that? As far as I know, deleting it is the only way to do anything to the app.

My co-worker and I decided to delete Airwatch and see what happened. We got no notification from anyone. It simple just downloaded all by itself the very next day.

That was kind of creepy.

If you have an iPhone 5, and possibly a 4 with the newest software downloaded, there is something super weird happening. My company iPhone has this!

1. Go to settings << privacy << location services (turned on to see this) << scroll to the bottom << system services << scroll again to the bottom << frequent locations. You'll see a history of all your locations. If you click on one, it says exactly where you were and for how long you were there with a map!

Since I didn't take a company phone I guess this is why I was managed out! Especially since my sales were over 105%!!!!

My non company I Phone 5 has a;; the above EXCEPT "frequent locations" and therefore does not track me with locations listed.

The purpose of Airwatch is to allow your iPhone to access your secure server and let you get your company e-mail. Of course it can track you (so can your iPhone). But, it's like saying the purpose of a car is to play music because it had a radio in it. If you want company e-mail on your phone, you need Airwatch.

I am the one that posted about the weird tracking thing on the iPhone 5. Just for clarity. I did not put Airwatch on it and I don't get company email on it.

My husband and daughters all have iPhone 5's and they have all the specific tracking of locations I mentioned above.

I assume it has more to do with operating system updates then phones being 4's or 5's etc...

Also, the tracking isn't being done by Sanofi on these phones. It's Apple doing it. If you have Airwatch on your phone, then Sanofi, of course, is tracking your butt!!

I just wanted to point out how creepy it was that all the data is stored on certain phones.

Air watch update this weekend!!! Wait and see !!!

Anyone with reasonable business skills and a city based territory can get this job done in less than 2 hours a day. Get an old lead photo bag and put your tracking friend into the bag when you have to things from your other job that take you out of territory. If you are a pharma rep you should have second line or job you can do at the same time in territory. I have seen some of the best reps who have done everything asked of them be separated from the company. Usually this is done by a church going freak regional manager. Instead of tracking reps, they should send DMs out to wash company cars and reps should be able to give a list of the five most disliked offices or doctors to regional managers and they can call on them for the reps to expand coverage. Thanks for all the autodeposit.

Amen..computer bingo, rep roulette , luck of the draw. I've seen great ones let go and stay, bad ones keep jobs and get let go. If you let the industry get to you it will take your health. Good luck to all.

Track people? Track people to fire them. I got news for you, they will fire you with out spending the time and resources of tracking. You think they can't do that?
