What is training like for anyone new (sales). I got the impression by talking to recruiter it was a week at corporate, home study two weeks, back to corporate a week, then ride along with other sales reps the next four weeks. Is this true?

The only person posting this is Roberta who got her ass fired. She was terrible. They fired the marketing department and training department and got new people.. ... Roberta you were the worst trainer ever. Didn't help me whatsoever.
Can you expand a little further? I just had an interview for one of your sales rep openings. Any honest insight would be appreciated as I have other interviews next week.
Love the department. I was here when it was a disaster years back. Training has changed and it is great and so is marketing. Hopefully it stays that way.
