Cut the BS and lies, everyone knows how BIO was built. The old guard did anything to get business.
Cindy, Jonathon and the new regime all are aware how both current and former reps acquired business. The justice department is aware too.
Your lies are incredible and everyone knows this.
However, Quest doesn’t care, if they want the company, they will look past the Bioreference indiscretions and protect themselves in the purchase agreement.

And just how exactly do you think that Quest Diagnostics was “built”? If you weren’t 12 years old, you might remember the days of MetPath, when we were slugging it out with 50 cent CBCs and $1.00 “executive profiles”. Among other unnamed “agreements”. Yes, we will acquire BioReference and no one cares about your stupid “concerns”. No risk, no reward.

Seems like you’re peddling false information to advance your personal agenda. The participants on this forum are far too smart for that. You won’t succeed.

Well, it should be any day now, any day...HTH why don’t you hold your breath until the word comes through. Blue is a good color on you.
 




Quest is just going to bankrupt BRL and then pick the carcass clean. Hotel Union & NY DOC contract at 55% of Medicare. Quest is nuts, but will take a minimal profit to kill BRL. Heard service workers union is leaving BRL for Quest as well. $30m hit to BRL. Times are tough!
