Well, when out stock drops below $200 is when the next layoffs will happen. That should be in about 3 months
Genentech has become life sucking tumor requiring immediate treatment or this current condition will be terminal. The organization is being destroyed by opportunists who are ravaging a one great place to work with mediocrity and incompetence.(we call them HeDs, HDs or useless POSs) The culture is simply awful due to poor leadership at all levels. The share holders need to realize there is no conscious left here at any level. The shit has rolled all the way the hill and the organization has the stench of apathy and defeat. We need the other shoe to drop in hope of change and a future.

Someone hit a nerve. I detect a bit of a guilty conscience and this response is the first step in getting the help you need. Maybe start with field experience, a tad of common sense and a willingness to say, “I don’t know”, let’s figure it out. Emotions are high.
